Francisco Tarrega

Every single soul on this planet has heard a Tarrega’s composition. Indeed, one of his pieces has become the Nokia ringtone, and is therefore played several million times a day. As a guitar virtuoso in the midst of the Romantic era, the Spanish composer and virtuoso mixed the classical keyboard influences of his time (namely, the late nineteenth century) with the sounds of flamenco he grew up to.
