Such a funky pop rock energy had not been heard since the Red Hot Chili Pepper’s classic albums of the early nineties. But Maroon 5 came along in 2002 with Songs About Jane, and reminded everybody of how good a simple catchy song with big guitar riffs could feel. This Love, Harder To Breathe and She Will Be Loved all feature great parts by James Valentine and Adam Levine.
