I just wanted to say that it's probably the best metal album I've ever heard.
My 1st impression was far different and I considered it shit but the more I get into, the more I love it... Also, 1st album in a long time I listen to about 3 times a day for 5 weeks already... 
Sad thing, Death seems to me one of the most underestimated bands ever and who says "Chuck" when it comes to best guitarists ??

The Sound Of Perseverance is f*cking awesome. All players are elite and Charles "Chuck" Schuldiner's incredible writings are heavy/progressive/melodic. Those who haven't heard this album, I suggest that get it right NOW!
And yes, in my opinion Chuck was one of the best guitarists
on earth.

SoP and Symbolic are both incredible or smt like that. Specially Symbolic, its like titanic. I cant understand why people never talk about that(probably its promotion was low).
And why Chuck changed members after symbolic? The line-up was very good at that time.
But SoP is like Symbolic continue,very good indeed..
Oh yeah,my favourite - "Leprosy". Its a classic! You know, we do all the time songs like pull the plug,left to die, forgotten past etc. with our band 
Fuck i wish to go back the time when Spiritual Healing was not ready and watch death live. True mosh pit . These were the best metal days ever

I like Leprosy very much too... actually I love all Death albums... But my personal favorites are: "Human" and "Individual Thought Patterns"...

look into my posts i ve already said that chuck was the best guitar player in all time (R I P and it s my point of vue)
but i think that individual is their best album
and thge fragil art of existence(control denied) is better
