Antônio e Jocafi
They might be virtually unheard of for most European music fans, but in their native Brazil the duo Antonio E Jocafi is a legend in itself. Composer and guitarist Antonio Carlos teamed up with composer and singer Jose Carlos Figueiredo (Jocafi) as a songwriting team for others, but they also released hugely influential Latin jazz hits under their own name, including the 1971 classic Voce Abusou.
