Danzig Danzig

The muscular Gleen Danzig was the first singer of the Misfits, but he went on to form Danzig in 1987. The bluesy hard rock playing of guitarists John Christ and Tommy Victor happened to be a better support for his deep and dark Jim Morrisonesque baritone voice than the speed punk of his previous band. The Def American-published albums still hold a special place for the fans, and manage to sound almost as spooky as Black Sabbath themselves...
