Napoléon Coste
In many ways, this French virtuoso of the nineteenth century was way ahead of his time : he mainly used seven string guitars way before anyone even thought of metal, and since he did not find an editor for his works he issued them himself, a century before the term indie appeared. But Napoléon Coste was first and foremost a brilliant musician, having studied with Fernando Sor whose method he completed and published.
