With album names such as This Is A Long Drive For Someone With Nothing To Think About (1996) or We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank (2007), the uninitiated would be forgiven for thinking of Modest Mouse as just another weird band. But the American outfit, led by guitarist / singer Isaac Brock and drummer Jeremiah Green, earned the respect of fans and their peers, including ex-The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr who joined the band in 2006.
